Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 2026

This policy explains what information VPNFee processes when providing subscription services and operating this website, why it is used, and how users can manage it. Necessary processing of account and transaction information does not mean that users' network activity is recorded.

Account and Order Data

No email address is required; users can create an account with a username and password. VPNFee processes usernames, password credentials used for authentication, and account status to enable sign-in, identify subscription entitlements, and respond to account requests. An email address is not required to create an account. If users voluntarily provide an email address or other details in a support request, those details are used only to handle that request.

Order records include the selected plan, order amount, payment status, transaction identifier, and refund records. They are used to provide subscriptions, verify payments, and handle disputes. Account data related to traffic usage and reset rules is used for billing and quota management; it does not include the specific content users access. Do not include passwords or complete payment credentials in support tickets.

Anonymous No-Logs Policy

VPNFee follows an anonymous no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users visit, store browsing content, visited URLs, or DNS query history, or link this information to account orders.

This service does not persistently store connection logs that could be used to reconstruct an individual's browsing activity, including records linking source and destination addresses or connection times. Temporary state required to maintain an active connection is used only to process that connection and is not retained as browsing history after it ends. Cumulative account traffic is handled separately from connection logs; usage totals show only quota consumption, not which websites were visited.

Site Analytics and Local Storage

Website analytics help us understand where visits to marketing pages come from, which pages are viewed, and which entry points are clicked, so we can improve content and troubleshoot page issues. Analytics cover this website only, not other websites users access through this service. Analytics events should not include passwords, subscription credentials, or support ticket contents.

Cookies or local storage are used to maintain sessions, save language preferences, and retain necessary interface state. The user panel uses local storage to save sign-in credentials and recognize subsequent requests. Users can clear this data in their browser settings. After clearing it, they may need to sign in again or reselect their preferences, but this does not automatically delete account or order records on the server.

Third-Party Payment Processing

This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments involve third-party payment services or the relevant transaction networks, which are governed by the privacy policies and transaction rules of those services. VPNFee receives the transaction identifier, amount, and payment result needed to verify orders. Users are not required to provide third-party payment account passwords to this service.

Payment processors may retain transaction information for settlement, risk checks, and legal obligations. Deleting a VPNFee account does not delete records held by payment processors, nor can it undo information already written to a public transaction network. Please review the payment page and applicable rules before paying.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account information is retained only as necessary while services are provided. Order and refund information is retained only for as long as needed to complete transactions, handle disputes, and meet applicable legal requirements. Analytics data is deleted or aggregated once its analytical purpose has been fulfilled. This policy does not set a single retention period for all data; retention must match the actual purpose.

After signing in, users can submit requests to access, correct, or delete information through a support ticket in the user panel. VPNFee will verify account ownership and explain what can be deleted and why certain information may need to be retained. Deleting an account may affect subscription use, so please resolve any outstanding orders or disputes first. Data that is no longer required should be deleted or processed so it can no longer be linked to an individual.

Information Disclosure and Policy Updates

VPNFee does not sell users' personal data. When processing payments, providing necessary technical support, or responding to valid legal requests, data is processed or disclosed only to the extent needed for the relevant purpose, with access restricted accordingly.

Policy changes will be published on this page, and the date at the top will be updated. Important changes to processing purposes or user rights will be communicated through site announcements or the user panel. Users can review updates before continuing to use the service and submit questions through a support ticket. Subscription, usage, and refund rules are covered separately in the Terms of Service.
